• Please follow summer tournament deadlines!
• $30 late fee assessed for registering after tournament

• All Kansas teams are to select the Summer Kickoff June
6-8 tournament, and all other teams are invited to attend.
• May 1st--Deadline to register for 4-tournament package
• After May 1st--$50 late fee for 4-tournament package
• After May 15th--4-tournament package discount is no longer

Please read the
following information carefully.
Tournament choices
for Summer 2008 are listed
on the following page. Tournaments cost $295 individually or $990
for a 4-tournament package if the June 6-8 Summer Kickoff is selected
by May 1st. If the Summer Kickoff is not in the 4-tournament package
selection the cost is $1050. Tournaments in addition to the 4-tournament
package cost $175. All events are 5 game guarantees in the summer
except the Nationals. The cost for Nationals is $275 and has only
a 4 game guarantee and A bracket play only. This tournament will
begin play on Thursday.
Print out the Summer 2008
tournament selection, Circle all tournaments you are entering,
and return to the National Office at 2309 S. Kansas, P.O. Box
348, Newton, KS 67114. Entries will be taken on a first come,
first served basis. Summer 2008 Registration
Form and all entry fees must be received to be considered
entered for the Summer 2008 season.
If you are a Kansas team and cannot attend the Summer Kickoff,
you need to contact the National office.
- Important Notice: All fees are nonrefundable once the registration
deadline has passed.
- Tournament selections may be changed (refund or selection
of another tournament) before the tournament deadline.
- Your team is NOT officially entered into ANY tournament until
your completed registration form, roster, signed waiver, and
